Challenge

Pitch Concept, Build, Launch Center

Create and launch a concept center in China to support the more than 2M children and families living with autism.

Strategy

International Expert Collaboration

Build a team of international experts from China and Switzerland aligned on a strong concept and marketing plan to secure funding and gov. support.

Execution

China-Swiss Led Brand & Launch Plan

Led the creation of the brand and launch marketing plan working in China and Switzerland with a cross-functional team. Close collaboration with Chinese and Swiss Experts and officials.

Impact

Center Opened w.  200 Students

The Center was successfully built and launch in 2020 with 200 students. Collaboration is ongoing with 2025 International Conference launch in Shanghai and Putian China.
